EVENT RULES

 

The number one rule is that you MUST have FUN!!!!!!

This event is for women only

No pets on site

Must be 19 years or older to be on site

The doors to the pavilion will not open until 7:30 pm on Saturday and wristbands will be checked at the door by security. 

Garbage and recycling bins will be on site. Please keep your site clean, Failure to leave your camping spot clean will result in an invoice for clean up.

Security will be onsite to ensure your safety however the event organizers or the Coombs Rodeo Grounds are not responsible for any damage or stolen items during your stay. All Eventbrite tickets will be scanned at the gate prior to admittance to the grounds. Anyone coming to help set up will be required to sign in and out of the property.  

An updated concession menu will be available. It's everyone's responsibility to cover the cost of their own food and beverages.

No paid bar will be on site.

Alcohol must be consumed in your own personal campsite. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBILY AND PLAN FOR A SAFE RIDE IF NEED BE!!

Campsites are DRY. Please plan ahead for your water and sewage needs.

Tickets will be sold to attendees of the 2022 event first with the issuance of a unique password. A limit of 275 tickets will be sold and there are no refunds on your ticket. You are permitted to change the name on your ticket by following the instructions on the Eventbrite website to transfer the name and email on your ticket. If a person shows up and their name is not assigned to their ticket a wristband will not be issued to them.

Disorderly patrons will be asked to leave the premises by security. We are all here to have fun ladies but don't get messy!
